  This genuine Ford blower motor resistor controls front heater and air conditioning fan speed on the 1999 to 2007 Super Duty F-250 through F-550 and Excursion, plus E-150 and E-350 Super Duty vans. The resistor steps down voltage to the blower motor to provide the lower fan speeds, and when it fails the blower often works only on the highest setting or stops working on certain speeds entirely.
