• Description:

  This genuine Ford Motorcraft engine water pump serves the naturally aspirated Duratec inline-four family, fitting a broad range of 2.0L, 2.3L, and 2.5L non-turbocharged Ford applications built across the 2001-2023 span, including Focus and related Duratec-powered models. The belt-driven pump circulates coolant through the block, cylinder head, and radiator to maintain operating temperature, and it is supplied as a complete assembly with the water pump gasket. Owners typically shop for this pump after noticing coolant seepage or dripping from the weep hole, a bearing whine or growl from the front of the engine, a sweet coolant odor, recurring low-coolant warnings, or temperature climbing in traffic. A pump with a worn bearing or a weeping shaft seal cannot be resealed and must be replaced as a unit.
